Welcome to the Holy Family of Nazareth School website and the news letter for March 8, 2010. Come often and see the exciting new things happening here at Holy Family of Nazareth School.

The 17th Annual Casino Night was a great success! Thanks to all of the volunteers who worked endless hours to make this a very enjoyable fundraiser. Thanks also to Robby and Victoria Hooker for preparing a tremendous dinner. The school office staff, School Advisory Council and teachers gave extra effort to make ensure that the evening went off without a problem.

The second Fish Fry of the Lenten Season is this Friday. Come join us for a fun evening of getting together to share a meal and good conversation. Beer battered fish that will leave you counting the days for our next event. It all begins at 6:00 pm in the school cafeteria. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

I would like to remind everyone regarding the re-registration for next year and the challenge to invite your friends and relatives to have their children join our school community. For more information please call the school office.

Spring break is next week and we hope that all will be able to take a well deserved rest and be ready to come back to school with a renewed enthusiasm.

The Lenten Journey continues as we draw closer to Easter. Please take time to pray with and for your children and share with them the importance of this special season. Tell them of the suffering that Christ endured for us and the glory of the Resurrection. We should all try to bring each other one step closer to Our Lord.

I am presently participating in a school accreditation this week in East Texas. Please keep this community in your prayers as they continue to work toward making their school better for each of their students.
