Welcome to the Holy Family of Nazareth School website and the news letter for
January 31, 2012. Come often and see the exciting new things happening here at Holy Family of Nazareth School.

Dear Parents,

First and foremost I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers these past weeks. My daughter Kathryn is recovering from surgery and continues to do well.

As you are well aware we are fast approaching Casino Night. This March 3rd event is a major fundraiser for the school and I ask all families to participate to the best of their ability. Please turn in your ticket stubs and payment for the raffle as well as your tickets for the evening itself. We are still working on baskets and gift items for the auction portion of the evening. Any help you are able to provide is greatly appreciated. It will be a great evening of fun, games and auction preceded by a wonderful dinner prepared by Victoria and Robbie Hooker with desserts from the students of the Culinary Art Institute of Dallas where the Hookers are instructors. Come join the fun and spread the word!

The children of the school continue to prepare for the PSIA competitions and they are looking forward to the February 18th challenge. We will be hosting the competition again this year here at Holy Family, with the state competition later in the year at TCU.

I would like to remind everyone regarding the re-registration for next year and the challenge to invite your friends and relatives to have their children join our school community. Also, if you are in need of financial aid this year, the process is the same as last year. You must apply online at: www.factstuitionaid.com. If you received financial aid this year, you must re-apply again each year. This process will allow you to apply for our financial aid and also the Diocesan Financial Aid program as well. For more information please call the school office.

Please take some time to pray with and for your children as they grow in love of Christ. Your example is the best prayer you can offer for your children. Cherish your children and enjoy each and every day. You have been blessed with children to love and guide. This is an awesome responsibility but a great joy you will treasure your whole life.

Have a great day and thank you for your continued support of quality, Catholic education at Holy Family of Nazareth School.

Sincerely yours,

Dennis R. Poyant
Principal

P.S. Don’t forget the Parent Fun Night at the Sterling Hotel this Saturday night!
